Large debris removal, hazardous materials, paint removal, adhesive removal, grout haze, caulk cleanup, and damage repair are not included unless separately assessed and quoted.
Major construction materials (lumber, drywall, old fixtures) should be cleared by the contractor before our visit.

What is included in post-construction cleaning?
The service covers removal of accessible construction dust from surfaces, trim, fixtures, and floors, along with interior windows, inside cabinets and drawers, garage sweep, kitchen and bathroom cleanup, vacuuming, mopping, and detail wiping throughout serviced areas.
Does this include debris removal?
We clear light leftover dust and small debris from accessible areas. Large construction materials — lumber, drywall, old fixtures, packaging — should be removed by your contractor before our visit.
Can you remove paint, caulk, or adhesive residue?
Paint, caulk, adhesive, and grout haze removal are specialty tasks that are not part of this service. If these are a concern, let us know — we can assess the situation and provide a separate quote if appropriate.
Is this service for completed projects only?
We recommend scheduling after all construction, painting, and fixture installation is finished. Cleaning while work is still in progress limits what we can accomplish, since dust resettles quickly.
